There’s lots to do in the games stylish 2D world, with lots of odd characters to meet (some of which you can add to your party), secrets to discover, loot to find and enemies to fight. You then set out on an adventure that will test your sanity and your resolve. You can choose from eight different main character archetypes, each with their own backstory and customisable stats. It’s a world that’s descended into mob rule and where cigarettes are the main form of currency and insanity is rampant.
